ОПЫТ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ ЭНОКСАПАРИНА НАТРИЯ В АМБУЛАТОРНОЙ ПРАКТИКЕ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ОККЛЮЗИРУЮЩИМ ТРОМБОЗОМ ГЛУБОКИХ ВЕН
Аннотация
Представлен опыт применения эноксапарина натрия в амбулаторной практике у пациентов с окклюзирующими тромбозами глубоких вен. В исследование включено две группы пациентов: пациенты первой группы получали нефракционированный гепарин в течение 10—14 суток с последующим переводом пациентов на антагонисты витамина К (варфарин), во второй группе пациенты получали эноксапарин натрия в течение 1 месяца также с последующим переводом на антагонисты витамина К. Установлено, что применение эноксапарина в период 1 месяца в сочетании с антагонистами витамина К достоверно улучшают результаты лечения этих пациентов. Также установлено, что применение эноксапарина натрия не увеличивает риски геморрагических осложнений и не увеличивают риск тромбоцитопении.
