МЕСТО ТИКАГРЕЛОРА В НОВЫХ РЕКОМЕНДАЦИЯХ ПО ЛЕЧЕНИЮ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ОСТРЫМ КОРОНАРНЫМ СИНДРОМОМ

Аннотация
В статье представлены основные результаты крупных клинических исследований, в которых изучались эффективность и безопасность антиагрегантного препарата — ингибитора P2Y12 тикагрелора. Эти исследования — PLATO, ATLANTIC и PAGASUS-TIMI 54 — стали основаниями для включения тикагрелора в клинические руководства по лечению острого коронарного синдрома (ОКС). В этих руководствах тикагрелор обозначен как основной препарат, который должен быть добавлен к ацетилсалициловой кислоте в качестве компонента двойной антитромбоцитарной терапии (ДАТ) при ОКС. Новые руководства 2015 г. по лечению пациентов с ОКС без подъемов ST не только отдают предпочтение тикаг-релору перед клопидогрелом, но и устанавливают возможность для некоторых пациентов с высоким риском ишемических осложнений и низким риском кровотечений продлевать ДАТ дольше 12 мес. Кроме того, в материале представлены данные некоторых регистров ОКС, проводившихся в России, где оценивалась частота использования тикагрелора.
